"They really came through during a very difficult time for my family. Our dog Buddy was on his way out, we called our normal vet, and about 4 others, to try and get seen to put him down. Unfortunately no one was able to see us. We called Cleveland Road Animal Hospital as a last try before making the drive to Akron, all we wanted was our dog not to suffer anymore. Cleveland Road Animal Hospital we're there for us in every way. From the call taker all the way until we left with Buddy to go bury him, they showed compassion, professionalism, understanding, and respect. I never thought saying goodbye to our family dog would be so hard and stressful, but Cleveland Animal Hospital made It just a little less unbearable. Thank you.Since then we've added another pup to our family, and we've stayed with Cleveland Road Animal Hospital. Again, working with us and our pup with vaccinations check ups etc.. has been great! They're wonderful in helping keep it low stress for the dog! Everyone at the front desk is super helpful friendly and respectful, especially Jill and Heidi!We continue to be extremely satisfied in all aspects of care they provide!"
