In continued effort to adapt and overcome the inevitable risks associated with the current outbreak, we will be implementing additional protocol changes effective immediately until further notice. We appreciate your patience and working with us during difficult times.
As many of you are aware, the shelter-in-place has been extended to April 30th and additional regulations have been passed down to essential business. We will be open to continue to serve you during the following hours:
We know many of you appreciate the evening appointments, so we will be offering after hours emergency care again. How this will work: If you have a sick pet or after-hours emergency, you will call the clinic number 330-345-6063. You will speak to a registered technician for triage. They are not allowed by law to give treatments or medical advice related to specific care. If the nurse agrees that the pet needs to be seen by a doctor after hours, they will alert the on-call doctor. The doctor will connect with you via our Telehealth App. Please visit our website on instructions on how to download and connect with us.

We had to make the difficult decision to close our grooming and daycare to comply with the Govern DeWine?s orders. We know our staff is heart broken not to have these services available, and will miss every single one of your pets. We have started booking Grooming after May 15th. Please call to get on the schedule, as we know this will fill up quickly. If you would like to be seen before then, we will add you to our waitlist in a first come, first service basis. The Pet Hotel is still open for boarding for your convenience. We are still taking reservations as usual. The only change is there will be no Sunday pick up during the restrictions in place.
We will be limiting wellness appointments, please consult our staff if you are able to be seen. We will continue to see sick pets, emergencies, patients that require Rabies or leptospirosis vaccines, and any puppy or kitten that is currently in their vaccine series. All other wellness appointments will be scheduled after May 15th or as a virtual appointment.
We will continue to schedule virtual appointments via TeleVet App. This is also a great time to schedule a behavior consult with Jessica. With everyone home together, it?s a great time to address some of the annoying behaviors your pets may have. Such as barking at the door bell, etc. Follow us on Facebook for additional information regarding our behavior service.

- Use our online pharmacy to refill medications and flea and heartworm prevention, and Royal Canin Prescription diets
- Use our Hills to Home website for prescription Hills Science Diets
- You can use Purina Vet Direct for Purina prescription diets

Again we are asking if you are showing symptoms, or anyone has possibly been exposed to COVID-19, or who have travelled recently, please do not bring your pet in for care. Please find someone else that could bring your pet in for you or use our Telehealth services. We appreciate your cooperation with us. We are all trying to stay healthy, so we can continue to provide service to you and your fur-babies!
