Dear Valued Pet Parent:
We wanted to reach out to all our clients in response to the ever-evolving situation with COVID-19. Our #1 priority is to the health and safety of our staff, our clients, and our community. We will remain open to serve you and make sure that our pets are well taken care of during this time.
We have implemented new protocols for customer safety by limiting the flow of traffic in and out of the hospital. We are offering car-side appointments, tele-medicine, house-calls, and drop-off appointments for our clients. There will be details on our website and Facebook page soon.
Effective immediately for all daycare, boarding and grooming pets, we request you do not enter the hospital. We will come out and get your pet for their service car side.
Prescriptions and special diets will only be picked up or sold through the drive-through. We will have this staffed for your convenience. We suggest filling 60-90 days of medications to decrease the amount of errands you need to run. Drive thru hours will be 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.

We want to assure you that we have taken every precaution to disinfect and sanitize our hospital and Pet Hotel. We have strict guidelines in place for our employees regarding their own health and personal well-being.
